Self-doubt is simply your brain trying to help you. It’s confused and stuck on old thought patterns. It’s trying to protect you. But as a result, it’s keeping you small and making you second guess everything.

In this course, you will reconnect with your heart and your body in order to bring you into your full power.

Module Three: Neutralize

Understand how all circumstances are neutral, and our thoughts and feelings put a spin on things depending on our perspective. You'll develop tools to plan ahead, practice inquiry, and learn how to set boundaries for you to stay in your power.

Module Four: Take Action

Step into your power to make firm decisions and take action. You will find the root of indecision and procrastination and know how to own and accept all outcomes and consequences.

Module Five: Integrate

Evaluate your progress and celebrate how far you've come. You'll develop a unique plan to continue checking in with yourself and your self-narrative, learn how to plan ahead, and set yourself up for success going forward.

The practice of being present transformed my life. I’m more engaged in my relationships, I’m more connected with my inner state, and I finally feel at home in my body.
